El Salvador coffee beans are sourced from Monte Sion - a family owned coffee farm which has been growing and producing coffee of the highest quality since 1906. Monte Sion is commited to the preservation of the environment and the welfare of their workers through sustainable agriculture.
Monte Sion coffee is from the Arabica-Bourbon variety and grown under a biodiversity friendly canopy in the "Cordillera de Apaneca" mountain range in the Western Region of El Salvador, which is widely recognised for producing fine coffees.
